I'm looking for a replacement casement window hinge. The existing hinge has Truth and 30905 stamped on it. The black plastic slider that attaches to the window and slides along the track is the piece that is broken. I'm not sure if that can be replaced separately, but that would be ideal if possible ... Our window was not opening all the way. Once we took it out, it appears that the plastic has deteriorated from one of these pieces in the corner. The one that is missing the black plastic is on the bottom of the window. Could we purchase these parts from you? We are not sure how old the windows are ... (cont.)

Not sure the exact terms but this casement window opens outward and is attached on the right with top and bottom hardware that have a piece that stops it from opening too far and keeps the corner in the track as it opens too. Hi I need a replacement (preferably the whole system) for my window, number 30744. Window opens to the right.

The crank has a name of "Truth" on it. Color is white. See pictures.

I have many Shuco casement windows with Truth actuators. The rivets have rusted off where they attached to the bracket. The only thing stamped on them is the letter "B" which I assume means bottom.
