No model numbers on operator mechanism just "TRUTH". Just need a couple of the plastic slides that travel back and forth in the track that is attached to the window frame. thanks

I had a casement window come down in a storm. I ordered a replacement sash and a new operator. I need to order the hardware that attaches to the frame.

The window was torn off in a wind storm. Window is fine; hardware bent and apparently damaged beyond repair. The window itself is completely salvageable and can be re-used; hardware, toast.

I am looking for replacement sliding hinges for American Craftsman awning windows that were purchased at Home Depot 30 years ago. The plastic slides that ride in the hinge channels have broken off. These are photos of a working assembly. I have several assemblies that are rusted which causes the window to deform out of square when open and close incompletely. The lower post/hinge of one is rusted through. Thank you Mike

Looking for replacement hardware for these windows

Hi I Have a casement window that is 20+ years old. The window Operator broke as you can see in the photos attached. And the swing bars are rusted out. The only marking that I see on the fixed arm of the operator is a GU which you can see in the photos. thank you

This thread seems to be in the direction I need to go to repair my broken hinge. I have Silver Line casement windows - the hinge that connects the casement operator to the sliding track has broken - I am attaching pictures. Hi. I've attached three pics. Two are of a window that is in good working order. The third is of a window where the top right hinge falls out of the track. I'm not sure if a new hinge is required, a new track or both. Thoughts? Thanks, Marco
