I have a window that needs to have a new crank window opening. It appears that the gears are striped and just clicks as you get closer toFully closing the window. In the winter it is really hard to manipulate it to a close position. Can you help me with the replacement parts?P S. Our home was a new ... (cont.)

Looking for this operator

Marked "Truth", but cannot find a part number. The arm falls off the track attached to underside of window when we crank it out( the longest arm of the unit). The arm is about 10 1/2" long. I maybe could find a part number if I knew where to look on the part. Thank you.

Hello, I am looking for some help picking out the correct replacement crank assembly. I believe it is the truth encore low pro file 39-253RB. Does the cover plate on mine come off? It doesn't appear to.

I can open the window, but when i try to close, the handle does not engage with the gear, i cant close. I am not sure if i need to change the whole operator or a part within the operator. I dont know how to open the case for the operator.

Do you have this operator for hurd windows?
