Need to replace several openers, both left and right. Stamped with 14D801

it is a side opening window (over 20 years old from Milgard) with henges on the left side looking out from the inside. In closing the window it makes popping noises with the window not moving. the long arm in the opener is about 10.5 inches long.

Windows were made by Thermo-Gard but no parts info was supplied.I've looked through your website and it appears to me the best match I found was your 39-438B and 39-439B operators.I have multiple windows some right other left opening. These windows are near the ocean in Hawaii. The hardware is rusted and in one location it's turn the plate under the crank into a powder. Any replacement hardware would need to be stainless. This crank assembly is from a Hurd Window. Hurd is no longer in business. This window was installed in 2000.

Hello, I'm trying to match these with the inventory on your website. They are Truth hardware parts and I need top and bottom sets. The part numbers listed on these pieces are 31858 & 40986. We need right and left-handed. Thank you for any help you can give.
