Hello, the handle off my sliding door has broken off the screws that keep it in place. I'm looking for a replacement, possibly in black if you have one.

Hey guys, our sliding glass door handle is a bit loose. I just need to obviously tighten it up a bit but I cannot figure it out. Any hints/tips?.

My client broke the handle for sliding door to balcony. The handle says "IWC" and the building manager doesn't have any information on the installer etc. Do you have the parts?

I have what appears to be a Prime 411 sliding door. The internal latch mechanism is broken and won't engage. The door itself is in good shape (2018 build), so I would ideally like to replace the part only. Thank you for your help!

My sliding glass doors are really heavy. This is what the handles look like.

Door handle looks like it ripped white being closed ( 13 year old granddaughter closed it and not forcefully. I want to replace the handle. Pretty sure it is a pet product.

I would like to replace this handle with one that has an exterior key lock. Hopefully you can read the model number on the door label. Do you have one that will work?

Ordered internal lock mechanism from you a few weeks ago. Installed well and is working. The thumb knob is loose and flimsy and I would prefer to change the entire lock. The outside portion does have a keyed lock which I would prefer to do without. Thanks Arpad

We are blessed with 3 of your patio doors all of which are in need of rollers as a priority - locks secondarily. Picture of door plate and locks attached. The mounting whole pattern is 4 & 15/16 inches and the width is 1 inch and the length is 8 & 3/8 inches. The locking knob is 2" from each mounting screw. The house was built in 1998 and I think this is an original slider.

I'm needing to replace the door handle, but with no key lock. I saw the 82-030 handle and I like that one and I have the 3-15/16 bolt holes. This is the handle opposite the lock. Need both sides. It is tan in color

The slit is 3 and half inch long and quarter to an inch wide where the lock is fitting. Need a lock with key.

I I would like some hardware that is just like that or close enough that it would fit but I need one that is locking or a key lock from the outside
