The windows are in a state of disrepair. Broken shoes and coils. Would like to replace the coils and pivot shoes. Happy new year! I have some 6500 series double hung windows (I think simonton) purchased and installed by home depot in 2010. At least one shoe on each window is broken. Hello, I believe I have the double hung tilting Simonton windows. My pivot bars and shoes for two of my windows have all split/broke. Can you please point me in the right direction of what replacement parts I will need?

Hi. Here is a double coil balance. As you can see, the plastic shoe for the pivot is cracked in half and only one half remains. The coils themselves seem fine.
