Existing "crank" does not work....feels locked up. Need to replace handle, mechanism and arm to connect with the window. I need to replace a number of these cranks. I see the 39-013 an d39-014 (bronze) will work for me. Is there a fold-down handle replacement I could purchase instead?

We have two casement windows in a bay window. Both cranks are broken. One handle is striped and the other is striped and has fallen out of the window. Do you have a replacement part for old Malta casement window crank set number 30350. The pins have rusted out on all of ours making the windows useless. I see on your site that this appears to be a common problem.
