the cranking gear has striped out. i also have other casement windows that have other issues one of the most common is the nylon bushings 'keep jumping out of the tracks.any help would be gratefully appreciated.

The replacement for this looks to be a Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm Product Code: 39-013, in dark bronze. The mounting plate on the existing is broken. Existing measures 13 1/2" from the roller to the center of the gear. Outside mounting holes on the mounting plate are 3" center to center. ... (cont.)

I need to replace the left side operator. Attached are photos of the right, which I'm able open, but the left side needs the replacement part. Can you tell which part I need? The operator arm is about 8 1/4 inches to the elbow / bend, then another two inches (approximately)
