39-013 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

Hello. I have a wood framed window, gold colored crank, and single arm bearing the name Wright and the number 9389 on it. Looks like I need two of these, the handle turns but feels like the gear teeth have worn away.

Looking to replace 3 right and 3 lefts with 6 new handles

My sister has two opposing wood casement windows that she is replacing. She found a guy who builds replacement wood windows but wants us to locate replacement hardware and we're glad to find you. This is from a Kohler window made in Canada. The opening through which the crank mechanism is inserted is 3 1/2" long by 1/2" high. The length of the arm from the end to the angled elbow is 12" and the elbow itself is 1 1/2". We wish to order two (2) of these operators (same dimensions and openin ... (cont.)

Look to be original openers. Windows may be as much as 30 years old. Need new openers for both left and right windows.

These casement cranks + operator look between a brass and stone color. They are original to the house built in 1970. Some are stripped, and we must replace them quickly before house closes on September 4th. Would like done before inspector looks over home. They have a logo which I'm guessing is SM C ... (cont.)

Recently moved in to our house and found one of the windows fell off the hinges. Looking at the markings it appears to be a two bar hinge that someone else also posted about(pic 1 with all the measurements). Would you have those in stock? My house was built in 2008. Thank you.

I have a caradco casement operator single arm, most I have seen are 13 inch. My measures 14.25 - 14.5 - see photo. Will the 13 inch work or is there one that matches mine?

Looking for a right and left complete crank system for old windows

No markings or brands long arms are 12"

I can't see a manufacturer name on these windows and I have many that no longer function properly. Hopefully you can identify and have replacement stock. Thanks

We have approximately 15 yr old clad wood Peachtree window about 35 x 60 for the operable frame. We need to find a new operator. Instructions on how to remove the existing operator would be appreciated as well.
