Hi I could use some help on locating these cranks and glides

The threading on several of the cranks is worn-help!

We are trying to maintain 28 apartments that have this style windows. Our previous source for parts was Fairbanks Pain and Glass. Sadly after 49 years they are closing their doors. the cranking gear has striped out. i also have other casement windows that have other issues one of the most common is the nylon bushings 'keep jumping out of the tracks.any help would be gratefully appreciated.

The window company was named Sealrite headquartered in Lincoln, NE, but went out of business years ago. Hello. I have a wood framed window, gold colored crank, and single arm bearing the name Wright and the number 9389 on it. Looks like I need two of these, the handle turns but feels like the gear teeth have worn away.
