My windows have the Swisco 36-015 but I think the hooks are failing to rotate when I close the window. I think the window hits the hooks and stops there. I don't know the installation process for these hooks. Any help you can give me about parts you have for these window hinges and how they install ... (cont.)

4 Awning windows share one crank that will only open, not close

I have a few of these that don't work well in my house and my windows won't close properly because of it. The main issue is that they will open fine but when I go to wind it shut, the handle will just unscrew itself from the crank. Replaced one with what I could find at Home Depot but doesn't work w ... Hi, I am about to purchase the Keller Window Crank product 39-061. I believe I need the other parts that go along with it like the washer and screws for the internal leaver arm. Can you help me identify which parts I need?

The handle will not turn window closed. It appears to be stripped.

my operator's dimensions resemble all of the specs you show on your 39-025, with one exception. My operator doesn't have that sharp offset in the inner arm. Would that make a difference?
