Hi, I am about to purchase the Keller Window Crank product 39-061. I believe I need the other parts that go along with it like the washer and screws for the internal leaver arm. Can you help me identify which parts I need?

The handle will not turn window closed. It appears to be stripped.

Need three right operators and one left operator for 45 year old windows. Want to buy one right initially to ensure fit and function. Arm length is 2-3/8" - not sure about thread dimension. Good morning, this is a crank for a triple window operator crank. I measured to the best of my ability, so I'm going to say this is close, but not perfect. my operator's dimensions resemble all of the specs you show on your 39-025, with one exception. My operator doesn't have that sharp offset in the inner arm. Would that make a difference?

The units have right and left side cranks the spread from top screw to bottom screws is 4-3/4" center to center the windows were from the late 1950's. Are any of your products a match?Thank you,Frank

Attached find pictures of the " locking" mechanism that seems to be out of sync. When the window is closed the "hooks" should pull the window in to lock it, instead they are holding the window out .

Because I repair my own awning windows, a friend asked for help on theirs.I have not found any identifying information on the window or operator. She has a whole houseful of these. Hi all, Hoping to confirm a part number for 6 left hand replacements. Hole spacing is 1 1/8 x 5.25 with a 2 3/8 arm. Some of the arm attachments seem to be via c-clip and others by threaded grommet. Stamped part number 1717R I need two of these and one left. The only difference in the picture is mine only has one screw hole on the top.
