The units have right and left side cranks the spread from top screw to bottom screws is 4-3/4" center to center the windows were from the late 1950's. Are any of your products a match?Thank you,Frank

Attached find pictures of the " locking" mechanism that seems to be out of sync. When the window is closed the "hooks" should pull the window in to lock it, instead they are holding the window out .

Because I repair my own awning windows, a friend asked for help on theirs.I have not found any identifying information on the window or operator. She has a whole houseful of these. Hello, I have several white window cranks which needs to be replaced, both left and right. The local store I use to purchase from is no longer open. The most recent cranks purchased from there had 1717R imprinted on the inside, but for some reason only lasted a short time after opening the window a ... (cont.)

I am trying to find out what operator could be used to replace the ones I have depicted in the figure and photos attached. Also can handles be purchased independently. My guess is these windows were original with the house from around the 1960's in north Florida.
