39-060 Keller Window Crank

I purchased the Keller window crank, 39-060.The 3 mounting screws are OK but the original oprerator has a bushing instead of a flat arm and also has a plastic sleeve over it. I would like to know if you have the exact part or I should purchase something different.

The measurements of the pictured part are the same as part number 39-025 with the exception of the measurement of the two holes at the bottom of the window crank operator. The pictured one seems to measure 1 1/8. Your replacement part measures 1 3/16. There are no marking other than those on the ... (cont.)

Hello, I bought an old apartment (1983) with original windows (uggggg) the majority of them work fine, they lock but there are a few that only one side the pin does not lock in the hook. Hello. I am repairing awning windows in 8 rental units and I need help in identifying the necessary parts required. I've attached several pictures. I believe the cranks needed are 39-017 right and 39-016 left. I will need 34 cranks and the ancillary parts you recommend.

Picture 409 is old system that works. Picture 407 is 39-060 installed notice how it is touching. Picture 406 is Keller name. Picture 405 is old crank removed (crank pulls out when you close window) The one I have to replace has the same problem. Picture 410 is inside picture on installed 39-060 ... (cont.)

I installed crank and it almost works. The arm on the broken crank is 2-3/4 inches from center of hole to center of hole. The 39-060 is 2-1/8 measured center hole to center of hole. Your detail shows 2-3/8 center to center. Is there a way to remove arm and replace with old longer arm? How do I ... (cont.)
