old window crank case, no name 4inch arm, not sure how to measure screws
there are three screw holes to hold the crank case-- top left and a little above right bottom. there are 23 crank cases in the house and some of the screw aren't holding. they appear to be a 3/8 inch across. should i be using bigger screws to hold or somekind of self tightening if they make them. s ... the measurements all seem to match. question about the 3/8 hole- mine is threaded to accept threads on bolt/screw. Are there threads in that hole? if not I possible could do a work around or less you have the exact match.

Replacing jalousie operator
Crank just spins and doesn't move window. I am unable to remove the bolt that attaches the lever that I am supposed to b able to remove. Any ideas? This house was built in 1979. Thank u for your time.
