My house was built in 2003 and the windows installed are Silver Line Single Hung Vinyl windows. Recently Swisco made some custom type 23 balancers for us which work perfectly, however, I now see that I need to replace some top sash guides. I will greatly appreciate your help in identifying which top sash guide we need. Thank you. Fred

Rollers fit in slot on bottom of windows Rollers are 3/4 of an inch long , 1/4 in. Wide and 1/4 in high plus the rollerLooks as if it might be 87-084.

balancer has a white bushing and extents past the white plastic cover so lenth from top of balancer to bushing is 30inch having trouble finding white bushing should i use red?

Need 2 ballast and 6 shoes. I guess that is what they are called they also have a metal part across the top that slides into the shoe it has a 3 stamped ibnto it these are for by prime by all season windows. Hope you can help me out Thanks. Michael
