Hi, just moved into a new place and it have a large window in the kitchen that is missing both channel balances, so I have no way of know what the replacement parts specs are. Will like to know how do I measure the sash to find the length of channel balance I need. Where do I start and finish? Meas ... (cont.)

I just bought balances from you. Went to install them and discovered the top sash guides broken on the windows that won't stay open. Balances may not have been the issue for me. Please advise what guide/lock I need for my windows. (See attached pictures) Thank you.

Regrettably I have no way to identify the manufacturer of my windows. They were installed by the builder of my condo about 17 years ago. I need about 8 sets, probably with the counterbalances/slides.

I have a double hung window that was installed about 15 yrs ago and now my upper sash window has 2 broken pivot bars. I have attached a picture of one of them, is it possible you can match these? Thank you in advance for any support you can provide me. Peter.

I need both left and right spring assemblies. It is a double hung window. The lower sash is where these springs will go. The are 2 springs on each side even though the picture I sent only shows one. Hi I need to order 4 - S795-34 (34d) window balances with 15-179 pivot shoes. I actually have the balances but with the incorrect pivot shoes. Do they need to be factory attached or can we attache them to the ones I previously purchased?? Thanks, Jack
