This morning I attempted to close my single hung Kinro window. It appears the left side of the window has somehow come out of the pivot shoe. I have three windows that were installed in the 2002 timeframe and the pins that insert into the weights have broken. They are approximately 2-1/2" long and are held in with two screws. I have attached pictures of the pins hoping there are replacements I can order.Thanks, Kelly

Hi, The picture of the installed piece is a working piece. The picture of the one that is removed is a broken piece. It is a 5/8" top sash channel balance guide. Hi, I need to replace the caldwell channel balances. They are 32 7/8" long and please see pics for type of ends. I only need two for one window. The only stamp on them is the name "HQ Caldwell". The axles are broken wheel chipped. Appear to be metal. Definitely not plastic. Need to find wheels, alxles, and that octagonal ?nut? with offcenter hole. Doors are about 35 yrs old. Hello, I am looking for replacement balances for older aluminum non tilt windows. Please see attached photos. The identification stamped says B.S.I. AA 2840. The channel depth is 5/8 and the width is 9/16. I will also need some with a number of 2820 and 2830. Thank you!!! Tony
