Hello, One of my window channel balance has it spring hook off the frame. I re-installed the window so that it hooks in, but when I slide down the window, the hook is off again. I have 4 year old vinyl double pane windows they tilt out and can be moved for cleaning both inside and out, however on several of the windows the "pulley"is jammed and won't move, so I can't move or completely close the window... I am at my wits end. Please help!

Hi, fixing my screens which are currently held in with loop latchs. Saw this hole that is inside where the screen seats. It is a pella window. Is there a piece of hardware that attaches the screen to this hole?

Hi, I think the pivot pin needs to be replaced. It is I think a Pella window,

9/16 x9/16 looks like old fashion type but about an 1/8 inch down on the flat side it a 1/16 inch groove that holds it in place. I can't find any brand name on window or stip.

We have no numbers or marking on the one we need to replace.The one you have on your web site is product code:39-025. This part look close except for the measurement from the screw hole to the rivet .The one on the web page is 2 1/4 our is 2 1/2 will this work.
