Hi guys, Little help here, I have a balance from a window, appears to be an anderson window made in june of 1973. the balance has "g22 10 31 273" printed on the back. can you tell me what balance I need to purchase to replace it with? Thankyou

Our sliding screen door needs plastic "hooks" (they have somewhat of a T shape on the end) to keep it in the frame of the window. I have an old windowmaster, vinyl, single-hung, non-tilt window whose left channel balance broke. The balance is 24" long and 1/2" wide. Hi: The part on the sliding screen door does not catch the part on the frame to latch it. Please let me know the part required on the frame that should go with the one on the screen door. I have attached the photo of the one on the screen door for your reference.

My latch looks similar to your Product Code 83-115, but I think my handle is shorter. Will your replacement part work on my screen door? Does the handle length make a difference? Think I also need a Pella screen protector.

The window balances are 24 inches overall length and are 1/2 inch wind. They are stamped with the number 2330. Can you please help to identify what to order. I need two of them. The window brand is Viking. Thank you!

Which pin and how to install ....bottom of window is sealed. Window flops out at bottom when elevated.will not stay up. I think tilt pin is broken off and not engaging into the side shoe??

Hi, I need some help identifying this part. No markings on the assembly unfortunately. The assembly is 3 1/16 long, 1 3/16 tall and 3/4 wide (all approx), with 1 1/4in wheels. Any ideas? Thanks!
