Simonton sash spiral balance
Attached are pictures of the sash I need replaced. The sash is in a white plastic sleeve and is flexible. Balancers for Traco 240 impact windows
Hello, I am hopefully in the right place. I need some replacement balancers for my Traco 240 security/impact windows I bought at Home Depot, Miami. Tighten the Self Closer
We have a medical office where we installed an handicap opener (automatic opener) for our front door. The contractor that installed the opener had to remove the self closer and re-install it on the outside of the door. I have a Truth/45010 which needs to be replaced as it will no longer lock. Part # 82-040 looks similar, however, I need to order it in white. If you do not have that part # in white,will part # 82-051 also work?

Help finding replacement single hung window balance

Identifying correct replacement units
Our house is 6 years old and the majority of the sash mechanisms have failed. How do I identify replacement units? I have included pics from one set of failed units; the others are all of the same brand, although are different lengths and I suspect different spring strengths. UB 28D ... (cont.)

channel balances
Looking at your website I believe I need the S380-29 channel. I have hurricane proof windows and they are heavy. The stamp on them is 28F. I was wondering if a 28D would equate to the 2840, would the 28F be two steps up to the 2860? Thank You

nee to know size for Series 700 channel balance
My windows use series 700 channel balance. i'm missing both channels for a 20" tall window. my 16" windows uses 15" and my 24" window uses 23" . will a 19" channel be the right size for the 20" window? also my old top and bottom shoe had a "tit" that snapped into hole my new 19-001 and 15-008 need ...
