28D balances
I need at least 8 balance assemblies for windows 52" wide (total opening). The existing balances have 28D stamped on them. What is the equivalent 4 digit code? Also your drawing showed a dimension of 1" where mine measures 15/16" inches. See photo. Any problem? Tom

Trying to find the right operator
I have a older casement window, I believe it is a 0971 series Alside casement. I am thinking that your 39-221 operator is the right one for it. I have included a picture of the casement that still works with the operator I am looking for. Thanks for the help in advance.
