isuccessfully installed the 15 046 and the s600 29 in my window project but the pivot bars are completely rusted away. They are attached to the window with a single screw,into an adjusting slot. the old 15 046 matched the new ones perfectly. can you suggest new pivot bars that will work with this ... (cont.)

Can you identify the enclosed pivot shoe It Measurements as best as I could determine 2" long 1 1/8 " wide 1.2" thick there is no cut out in the sash to actually remove the shoes. I order a spiral bal and pivot shoe 28" 900/ and it recommend a 3/8 think shoe well shoe was to narrow 15-045 ( tilt window) I'm looking at my old one it measure 1 1/4w ,1/2 thick,and 2" long and there is some blue on it. I'm not sure on the 15-015 (17/32") vs 15-046 (1/2"). The Pivot Shoe looks almost exactly like the 15-046 but my Pivot Shoe measures 17/32" Thk. Sorry for the fuzzy pictures. I measure Thk @ 17/32" & width @ 1 1/4" What is the recomendation? (My guess is 15-015) Going to replace Shoes on a ... (cont.)

HI, I have two tilting windows. For the first, the four shoes seem to be broken, the spiral balances have disconnected from the broken shoes. The metal parts in the shoes are broken. We have vinyl double hung, tilting windows. When I disengage the lock, the top window drops down. We have found small plastic pieces that have obviously broken off, looks as though they are from the bottom of the balancer. If so, would this cause the top window to drop open? Hello, I need new balances for my double hung windows. They are 32 inches, 5/8 diameter and have a white/cream tip. I have attached a picture of a corner pivot bar. It measures approximately 2.1/4" at it's longest point. 5/8" wide. 3/16 thick. Could not find in your catalog. Also my pivot shoe is 8/16" X2" X 1 .1/4". I'm wondering if there is any 8/16". may be they run small?? Please advise.
