Attached pictures of pivot Shoe? Approx size 2 in high 1.25 wide and 1/2 deep. As close as I can measure Help identify. Is there an up grade? PS Also sent you sample of weather stripping in previous request.

The dimensions of the pivot shoe are: length is - 2"; width - 1.25"; depth - .5". We think that the 15-046 was the closest match. Can you please confirm? Just for information purposes the spiral tube is 27" and red 5/8" inches diameter.

I have a dilemma . I see the part number 15-046 that looks exactly like mine. But the measurement of the 15-046 is 1/2 inch thick. When I measure the shoe I have it neasures 17/32 which leads me to part number 15-015. The 15-015 does not look like the one I have . Which shoe do I order? Thanks. This ... (cont.)

Hi Tom, I remove what is left of the pivot shoe and I am sending you 2 new pictures of the front and back of the shoe and also the measurments of the shoe and they are as followed, 1/4" deep, 2" inches long and 1 1/4" wide. The original pivot lock shoe has the dimensions of 2." high X 1.250" wide X .535" (17/32)thick (see pix), which appears to be closest to pn:15-015. BUT the piece fits tight in the track. Do you recommend going to the 1/2" thick one, perhaps pn:15-046? I will need 20 each.

When I pull down on the left pivot shoe and let go it will stay down it fly's back up. Why is this and how do I fix this problem. Thanks for your help, Vicki

We do not have a picture of the shoe installed in the window, but hope you can help us with identifying it. The window is a generic tilt wash window (not an Andersen, Pella, etc.) and the sash balancer is a 5/8" wide balancer. We have replaced balancers and shoes before, so we are familiar with ... Need to replace balances on both sides of window.

I have vinyl tilt windows with broken shoes causing the windows to fall dangerously. I removed a spiral balance and shoe to take measurements. The Pivot Locking Shoe 15-046 seems to be the exact measurements needed. However, the spiral balance is 30in. length and 1/2in. diameter. You don't show a 1/ ... (cont.)

I took some pictures of my problem windows. Things I know for sure- American Craftsman Circa 2001 or early 2002 When some cleaning people were washing the windows they inadvertently made them crooked and the hinge snapped. This is the bathroom window. Jennifer

I have Traco model TR5000 windows in an apartment builing that need some help. I have been told that Traco does not support this model. I will need all of the different parts, spiral balances, tilt latches, etc. Do you have a list of the parts that fit this model? Thanks, Bob

Trying to determine if I need the 15-015 shoe or the 15-046. Taking measurement is hard to tell. However, the existing shoes have the blue center piece. Does that mean I should go with the 15-015?
