I purchased an operator cover because it was cracked. Apparently that is not the problem. Do I need to replace the whole assembly? The window cranks open but not closed. I have has both 39-146 and 39-147. Neither quite fit.The number stamped on the top of the arm is all I have. Cleanup crew threw away the old operator. Here are the only surviving pictures: What do I need to replace this.

Looking to replace right side only. Window will not close once open.

My bay window has 3 operators. It is very difficult to open the windows and one of the operator handles is broken. Inside the cover of one of the operators had the number 7191-33.
