Hello, I have Anderson wood casement windows throughout my home with about half that have cracked and broken what I would call "housing" on the inside of the window, and when we attempt to crank out, most will crank out, but will not close/ return. I'm hoping that you can tell me which one of your Anderson operators handles mechanisms work. On the longer of two arms it has the number 59 stamped on it if that's any help.

Hello, The hand crank case for this window is cracked and no longer working. The window measurements are 44 inches tall by 21 inches wide. Looking to replace right side only. Window will not close once open.

My bay window has 3 operators. It is very difficult to open the windows and one of the operator handles is broken. Inside the cover of one of the operators had the number 7191-33.

I'm looking for a part. The crank for the window stopped working. The only part I could find a number for was the outside casing, which said "Andersen 7191-33." Hi. the part that help the handle to turn is not working. When I opened it up and looked inside, I realized that a flat piece is no longer attached that helps the cranking to take place.
