39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank

Good Morning, would you please help me identify this part so I can order? It is for the left side ( looking at the window from the outside.) The handle and cover are ok, but the window will not "roll out" any more. Thank you

The number (pictured) on the bottom of the mechanism is F-9400-08A with a B on the line below it.

I am trying to learn the name of this part. Written on the back is "F-9400-8A" and the letter "B". If the part is identified, I would like to order 2. I

Need 2 operators left and right hand operator stamped with c-9400-4. Would I need the adapters as well? Casements were made in 1995.any help would be appreciated.

The attached photo shows the Andersen operator that I have. I don't see a replacement that has the same screw hole spacing as mine so I'm wondering if the 39-264 is intended to replace this and I will just drill new holes to accomodate it. What do you advise?

Looking for two left and two right similar to this

I've been working on this a while now. The window glass, as you can see, says the windows are Andersen. However, the operators and the hinges don't match any Andersen parts at all. I found the following on the arm "C2-C45- CW2-CW3"

The split arm operator I have show the frame holes father apart for example the outer holes are about 4 1/2".My house was built in June 1998 when windows were installed.The only replacement operators I see have 3 15/16" outside hole distances.The regulator Frame part number is c-9400-1.Can you help ... I have been searching your site and the Q&A section, but haven;t found the exact match to my operator. Some are close, but mine has a 5" extension on the split arm. All the other seems shorter.
