I am trying to locate this window part and have already purchased the incorrect one from the Andersen website. I think it says C-9400-1B

We are looking for an Andersen EZ Split Arm Operator / mechanism for an Andersen window. The # on the front is C-9400-1A and the number on the back is F-9400-8. The distance between the (2) furthest holes is 4.5". Can you lead us in the right direction for the correct replacement part? Respectfully, ... (cont.)

Operator mechanism for Renewal by Anderson casement window installed in 2004

Have 2001 vintage Andersen casements. 31 1/2 x 60 19 3/4 x 60 Operators and hinges are bad. Appear to be straight arm (windows are rusted shut).

Need to replace 3 left hand and 1 right hand of the attached. Can you please advise if your 39-264 is the correct part?

see above, I also need the locking mechanism, it is a dual lock, approx. with the above c/c measurement from clip to clip on the window.,, overall width is about 54"..operator handle for crank, and lock mechanism operator are both on the lh side of the windo, standing inside.

The first two photos have 1361356 WH & US Pat.DES360.357 & 1361358 ST under the crank. The last three photos have US PAT. 4,083,264 & CAN. PAT.1979 & 45012 under the crank. In the first picture the threads are below the sill. Need an extension. In the other 2 we are removing the wooden sill and replacing with granite which will make it 3/4" thicker so need extensions for those 2 Windows. I measured these as 5/16, 12 teeth.
