I think your 39-264 will work to replace these, how do I determine if I need the adapter plate? For your part, the outer screw holes are 3 11/16 inches apart, mine is about 4 3/4 inches apart, does that matter? thanks

I have an Anderson casement window, I think it's built around 1996 or 1997 as one of the arm indicates. I need to replace the operator. (See attached picture.) The part numbers are these: Front top: C-9400-1 Back top: C-9400-8 Arm: 2 361399, (or could be 2 1361399 as the F

This is a c-9400-1 per 1998 installed in 1997. Other marking include F-9300-8 B. And on the arm is stamped date code 4-08-96 and the number 1361399. Thank you for your time James
