I have two anderson windows with the same problem. One opens the opposite way of the other. Do you have replacement cranks for this? Thank you.

This part # of C-9400-1 and the part 39-264 look to be different in the screw hole locations,i can look at the old part it has the mounting holes on the top of the operator,and the new has them on the bottom,those pictures are posted in this discussion my other people.I don't know if that makes any ... Window crank is stripped inside and doesn't crank out or in the window anymore. The width of the visible glass is 19 5/8

My casement windows, 2 of them, need the inner teeth part replaced as they are stripped. I tried moving different handles from other windows but they just don't work. Is there an easy fix for this? I've seen a lot of different information on Anderson Window Cranks on your website. My crank on the top reads C-9400A-1 and the bottom reads F-9400-8A. The windows were placed around 15 years ago. Do you have a replacement part?

Hello - I need to replace a window crank. From what I see, I have an Anderson F-9400-8A, then the arm says "1 361 486 L" and "1 361 483 HCR" on the bottom. I read some posts on this site and it said the F-9400-8A was discontinued and the substitute was: - 39-264 (Anderson Split Arm Crank) ... (cont.)

We need the replacement parts for both windows one opens to the left and the other to the right. Here are some of the numbers found on the parts...361408 R, CR-CN/ALL, C2-C45, CW2-CW3. I hope these help! Thanks!

As i am standing in the house this is for the right ride of a split window . one of the arms is stamped LH. It opens outward from my left towards my right

The mechanism doesn't work when you crank the window open or closed. It gets stuck. I do not have the part number.

I'm replacing my Anderson F-9400-8A crank, and I'd like to know if this crank will work as a replacement. Mine is the one in the inset picture. I included a picture of mine anyway.

Part # stamped on front: C-9400A-1 7 stamped on back: F-9400 *A B This part came from windows that were installed in October 2001. I see similar parts on your site but not exactly the same.

What info do you need? Numbers from broken crank? Numbers from somewhere in the window? WHAT?+ The maintenance man I don't have anymore has ordered from you in the past.

I need to replace the hinge on a home I am working on. The window is an Anderson Casement Window. The part has a number on the back F94008A and on the front C 9400-1 Do you have a replacement part I can purchase? Attached is a picture with a ruler for measurement purposes.
