As i am standing in the house this is for the right ride of a split window . one of the arms is stamped LH. It opens outward from my left towards my right

The mechanism doesn't work when you crank the window open or closed. It gets stuck. I do not have the part number.

I'm replacing my Anderson F-9400-8A crank, and I'd like to know if this crank will work as a replacement. Mine is the one in the inset picture. I included a picture of mine anyway.

Part # stamped on front: C-9400A-1 7 stamped on back: F-9400 *A B This part came from windows that were installed in October 2001. I see similar parts on your site but not exactly the same.

What info do you need? Numbers from broken crank? Numbers from somewhere in the window? WHAT?+ The maintenance man I don't have anymore has ordered from you in the past.

I have a crank that has different numbers. They are 3 A C-9400 1B on the top. And F 9400 - 8 A on bottom. I need to find a crank with those numbers.

Hi; I got the replacement crank arm today and I can't see any way this part will fit. The part is 39-264 was supposed to be the replacement for the awning window. My operator has a few part numbers.C9400-1 on the top, F9400-8B on the bottom and 1521101 on the arm. The arm is 9" from the center of ... (cont.)

On your part #39-264 the screw dimension is 3 11/16 inch apart and on the orginal crank it is 4 1/2 inch's apart. All of the other dimensions are matching. Will this work for me? Thank You Mel
