Hi, I'm looking for a replacement Crank arm as well as an operator. I believe the crank arm (based on other posts) is your part number 39-286. The only identifiable part number on it is 60-C-7041-62. As for the operator, I only see the number 81 on it along with Andersen and R with an arrow. Pl ... (cont.)

Ordered a 39-449 Operator and a 39-512 Track but there is no roller or slider at the end of the operator arm. What part do I need for this?

I'm looking for a left side opener for an Anderson casement window. The gear is skipping. I did not remove the wood trim, but the arm is between 10 and 11 inches long. The hardware with the crank handle is 4 inches wide. Can you help?
