I need to replace this casement window crank and handleset on an existing Kolbe and Kolbe window. There is the number 45179 on the metal plate and 40753 on the straight arm and 31538A on the bent arm. What parts do I need to order from you to give me a complete operator. Thank you! ... (cont.)

The gears have worn so that the part no longer closes the wooden window. The part number for the main crank is 40372 and its dimensions are almost 5" by about 2 1/16"; the arm or Entry Gard is 30472 and is approximately 9" long. House was built in 1995. Semco casement wood window. Need a replacement handle assembly. Entry Guard Truth on arm 30744. Lower arm reads 4558A. Can you help identify what part I need?

do you sell entry gard truth 20755 left & right

This is an operator for a right-hand window, I need the same type for the left-hand. The only writing I can see on it is "Truth Entry Gaurd". Is this enough information with pics or do I need to completely remove it?

It won't open up or close.. I have to push it by hand to start it, and get a grip on wood to pull it completely closed

The crank mechanism on this window is functional, but once the window is opened to the halfway point, the arm connector drops out of the track and has to be manually reinserted to close the window.
