have a broken balance shoe from a double hung tilt out from Vetter. ( crestline now??) Looks alot like your double side load carrier 15-102 but the double is way to long. Can you help?

Looking for a replacement part that is damaged. This is an older window--at least 25 years old. The Bay window has three sections with windows that open and tilt out on the top and bottom of each section.

Dont know window manufacturer...but see pics of broken part...plastic pivot piece that spring is attached too broke off where spring attaches...window wont stay up..and other piece is slowly breaking..no idea where to find these

I need the two (missing) ballance springs (in a Caradco window) that are connected at the top to a 19-029 short clip and at the bottom to a 15-104 friction shoe. They fit in an 80 inch tall window and they were 3 to 4 feet in length unstreached. The diameter measures 7/64 within a 5/8 ths channel. ... (cont.)

No identifier on the part. The windows were installed in the mid-1980s. The spring is 19" long not counting the loops on the ends.The soring diameter is 3/8 inch.Borden

I would appreciate your help in finding the correct part for these Pella windows. They are wooden and are also tilt in for cleaning. (They are difficult to tilt in. I have older wood double hung windows and there is no markings anywhere on who the manufacturer is. I have a few broken plastic balance part that the spring hooks into for the lower tilt sashes. I have a Hurd double hung compression window. The top (outside) window has a broken spring. The top window only has one spring. The spring measures 20.25 x 3/8 inches. Several of my balance shoes have broken. I just bought the balance shoes from you. While replacing them we found several of the springs were bent at the top. I'm trying to locate springs for my windows. The length of the spring at rest is approximately 27 and 1/2 in. 3/8 outside diameter. My window measurement is 32 and 3/4 in vertical and about 31 and a half horizontal. Double hung and overall height of the window is about 6 ft. The window was installed ... (cont.)

wood window I have one on each side the spring attached to these and window has pin on top that fits into these things.

The balance is spring loaded attached to a plastic clip. The clips are broken and windows won't raise. Springs appear to be fine. If we find them i would want at least 12
