Bottom sash will not stay open. This piece is snapped off.

Hello, I found you online and was wondering if you could help me out. I'm looking for what I think is a balancer. Attached is a photo of the part. If you could help me out, I'd appreciate it. Thank you

One of the photos shows a part that travels in the channel (also shown) that connects to the spring also in the channel and holds the window "up". Picture of plastic hook and hole for fastening bottom of spring, and hole for securing bottom window steel pins. Need Plastic hooks, Springs & Pins Approx. 2.5 inches In length, with hole size approximately 1/8". Thanks Gene

Did not find any marking on window at all. Old style window. balancers are inside of side jambs. The window sashes are tilt out and need to both be removed to then remove side jamb where both balancers are then slid into the jamb from the top of the jamb.

Lincoln Window. Gut of crank seems to be stripped. Cannot close window must manually push shut to close and lock window. Extended double arms measure approximately 17 inches. (my best measurement) Thank you for your assessment!Alice

The markings next to part that is not broke is 1 7/8 long.

Balance Shoe Crestline Windows, Windows are from the 1996 vintage. Can you still get this part or is there a substitute part that work just as well?

Have Windows circa 1989, windows sash does not stay up and needs replacement, spring or assembly. Not sure of brand. I have done this on my mother's house but not this one. It looks like I have A LOT of broken shoes. Can you recommend (1) replacement shoes, and (2) a tool, if you sell it, to grab and hold the spring for attachment to the replacement shoes.

This is the end piece for the spring in the side channel of my window. The spring itself is not in a tube like most I have seen. The spring is 20 inches long and looks like an old screen door spring. The pivot shoe is in tact. However when tightening the set screw the spring doesn't have enough tension to hold sash up

Got a few wooden window sashes that like to fall down. Found the friction shoe broken on top where the spring attaches. I included a pic of the shoe and the spring. THE PLASTIC CLIP THAT MY WINDOW ATTACHES TO IS BROKEN WHERE THE SPRING ATTACHES. IS THIS REPLACEABLE? IF SO, I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE 6 OF THESE ITEMS.

The plastic piece on the end of one of my window balancer springs broke. I need help finding a replacement. The springs are 24 inches long and are in good shape, just need the bottom plastic piece.
