The pivot shoe is in tact. However when tightening the set screw the spring doesn't have enough tension to hold sash up

Got a few wooden window sashes that like to fall down. Found the friction shoe broken on top where the spring attaches. I included a pic of the shoe and the spring. I have a double-hung window where the top sash slips down. I removed the sash and saw that the spring and friction shoe (appearance is similar to Caradco 15-104) are missing entirely on one side. Cannot identify the window mfg, need the pink part at the end of this spring to help hold up window. window has a pin that fits into this part.

The Channel Balances I have are like none I have seen on the internet. Mine look all plastic with a spring inside. The white plastic piece that the 2 springs are in are 32 1/2 inches long and 3 3/8 wide and look like one piece. Thanks for looking

No markings on window

This is from an MW wooden window circa 2000. The 2 inch long white plastic piece at the end of the spring is what I need to replace since it is broken on the other side. Also, the small metal rod that fits into the hole broke off of the sash. I will need to replace that as well.
