Trying to identify if the lower balance shoes are available. The top stops appear OK. We have not removed the sash channels the see if anything else is broken. If only the shoes are broken, are they replaceable without removing the sash channels?

We have Simonton single hung vinyl windows. Size 35.5 x 59.5 (see photos). Date stamp on the window shows August, 1994. They use a coil balance system, which I didn't know much about until today. I don't have a number for the white plastic part in #150902. The coils have #5.0 39" PAT523208 (not sure if this is patent number) The other part and it may be a patent number as well. 4.610.108. Part # 801020Patent 5232208These are the only numbers I see. Someone said they think this is a constant force balancer. The window will only open a few inches. Windows are from Home Craftmans by Ply Gen Out of Dallas Tx installed in 2005. Have 4 windows with the same issues.
