In the picture, Win1 is good one, Win2 is broken one. I would appreciate it if you can let me know the part name, as well as if you could have such part.

As the pictures showing the balance coil is broken and became two parts. There is no manufacturer and part number indicated. Can you please help to identify which replacement part to buy? In addition, above the top portion, which is fixed to the window frame, there is a stud that cannot be removed. ... (cont.)

Looking to replace the balances and tilt clips on my simonton windows. Need help identifying the correct parts.

Both springs on each side of the window snapped on the balances. Only one spring partially readable what 0we could glean was "#6.5" or #6.9"and I believe there was another number that was a "354" with a "pat 523208". This is on a double hung window, bottom window, dimensions listed on tag 21.313 x 2 ... (cont.)

There are no markings on the plastic support pieces. The coils are 1/2" wide and have no markings on them. I think there were x3 coils (see photo of coil support installed), but after uninstalling we only have 2 (one went missing?). Photo of other side shows x3 coils attached to pivot shoe? Simo ... Spring in the tract that holds the window up when open

Need left and right latches, coil mechanisms and bottom seats for 8 windows.one left latch shows 96 and a right latch 97. Also need coil holders and bottoms seats for all 8 windows. Your assistance will be appreciated Please let me know if you need additional information or photographs ... (cont.)

THe ribbon spring is 1/2 inch wide.

Greetings! I am in need of parts for my tilt windows. I will need each of the separate parts in the photos but I am unsure of the part numbers, measurements, etc. The pivot shoe has a patent number 4,610,108 stamped into it. It measures approx .5"x 1"x 1.25." It has two (balance) coils as shown in ... (cont.)

No printing on metal coils or plastic piece. Both coils have snapped, but other pieces seem fine.

Trying to ID the upper portion, the tilt shoe, and the spring, or help me determine how to better ID the spring we need for this unit. Thank you...

Window ballast Springs are broken as shown in pic 2 and pic 2 I have not seen any numbers or markings on the window It is a single hung Window The lower panel is 17 inches in high (pic 3).

I order the wrong part for my window this is what the installer says I need. Also can I return the parts I ordered.

this is one of the balancers, the spring is stamped 7.5 31" and a number 52323.the window weighs 14.1 lbs, measured it on a scale. I believe the spring can be replaced with a 160?.I will need 4 of each part listed , just want to make sure I'm getting correct parts. parts required. 4 7.5 lb springs ... (cont.)

I'm a contractor trying to fix a window for customer, but I can't tell what size of coil balances I need. They are the type like your Series 196, but I cannot read anything off of the springs.
