Hello! We have jeld-wen windows I believe (series 2500 is only designation I can find). The coil is broken on the right side (picture 2897s). As the pictures showing the balance coil is broken and became two parts. There is no manufacturer and part number indicated. Can you please help to identify which replacement part to buy? Looking to replace the balances and tilt clips on my simonton windows. Need help identifying the correct parts.

Both springs on each side of the window snapped on the balances. Only one spring partially readable what 0we could glean was "#6.5" or #6.9"and I believe there was another number that was a "354" with a "pat 523208". This is on a double hung window, bottom window, dimensions listed on tag 21.313 x 2 ... (cont.)

There are no markings on the plastic support pieces. The coils are 1/2" wide and have no markings on them. I think there were x3 coils (see photo of coil support installed), but after uninstalling we only have 2 (one went missing?). Photo of other side shows x3 coils attached to pivot shoe? Simo ... Greetings! I am in need of parts for my tilt windows. I will need each of the separate parts in the photos but I am unsure of the part numbers, measurements, etc. The pivot shoe has a patent number 4,610,108 stamped into it. It measures approx .5"x 1"x 1.25." It has two (balance) coils as shown in ... (cont.)

No printing on metal coils or plastic piece. Both coils have snapped, but other pieces seem fine.
