The etching on the glass shows EAGLE, low-e4 272, igcc/igma, Nfrwc ewd-n-076, cig3.1 2-08. The shoe and pin are broken on both sides. I have included pics from a window of the same size that are not broken to show you the parts that are needed for reference.

Hi, This pivot lock shoe is from a spiral balance type double hung. Made by PGT window company in Florida. (Model DH 560 series) Hurricane impact glass. (Discontinued, and PGT is of little help). Do you have these, or know where I can get them?

Hello, I am replacing some parts in my spriral balance windows. I identified the pivot bar already used in the system as 26-352 and pivot Shoe as 15-129 by size and shape. Could you please confirm they are compatible.
