I purchased 26c window channels and pivot shoes, photos attached. Pivot shoes will not slide in current Comfort View window 32 1/2 w x 28 1/2 h tilt window. Window channel appears to not fit my pivot shoes that are currently in place, photo attached. Need help, Thanks Roger

The metal part of the balance is 35". The pivot shoe is 1 1/2" wide, 2 1/16" tall 1/2" thick. 3500 is stamped on the balance.

I'm looking to repair a broken block and tackle. The channel is 9/16 wide and 1/2" deep. The stamp on the channel says 30C BSI. At my local window retailer, they said it's called a balance shoe. Hi, I just received my balance bar S770-27 and I ordered the 15-129 pivot shoe which is too wide for my windows. I'm wondering what one I should be ordering instead. My old pivot shoe is measuring 1"wide 1/2" thick and 2" tall. Please help!

My channel balances are marked with 34D and look to match your product #5770-34. They screw in with one screw at the top. The shoes are also broken. My bathroom window is no longer staying opened. I could get it to stay opened if I tilted it out then shut it back in place and tried sliding the lower sash up again. Looking for a replacement window balance, 31". There is a spring and rope inside, but no nylon fittings on either end.

The balance itself is 26 1/2 inches long. The fiberglass rod is 25 1/4 inches. The spring itself is 13 5/8 inches from hook to hook. The shoe looks to be 1 1/4 wide.
