15-144 Coil Bushing Cap

This is the part that moves up and down in the track for the double hung vinyl windows. The window 'slides' 14.5 inches and weighs 15 pounds.I'm also looking for the part that stays 'fixed' in one place which the spring attach onto.

If you can make out the part that broke it's just the little metal retainer. But since I have now removed the entire part I think I need to replace the entire thing. Hopefully you can help me identify the parts I need. Thanks Tom

Window is associated materials need pivot bar 21/4 inches it will fit into the 15-177 shoe also will replace the coil balance existing is stamped 10 the window weighs 20 lbs. I have used your s152 coils on other smaller windows but I don't see any s152-10 thanks for your help

Hello, I have a broken coil spring on a newer style tilt-in window, I know the window is at least 19 years old. No other issues other than one broken spring. I have been looking for a constant force balance assembly and pivot bars for an Alside 0301 window since I moved into my house over two years ago. I am hoping you can help identify the part in the photo I have attached. Thank you, Kevin

We have older RSVP windows the pivot shoe housing is broken. Do we replace both shoe and balance springs or can a new shoe be attached to existing parts and how is this done. Most videos for replacement show both parts already attached or is this purchased as on unit.

Bottom window lock measures 1.25" wide and 1.5" tall. Depth of the channel is 5/8". The coil is 1/4" wide.

The replacement windows in the house were installed in 1995 by "Windows of the World" Little Falls, NJ. They are out of business. The coil balance in the windows are starting to break. Do you sell these parts? Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thank you

I need the spring , there is a number 7 on it. The pivot bar , icant get the other one out I dont want to break it, Best measurants i can give you is 1-3/8 to first hole 2-7/8 to second hole and holes are 1-1/2 apart. I have taken 2 pictures that show what I am working with. I believe by appearance and measurement that the "shoe" part of this assembly is possibly 15-175.
