I ordered 10 units of S140-26 and the pivot shoe does not fit the side mount pivot bars that I have on my windows. Do you sell side mount pivot bars that fit this shoe? Hi there, Looking to identify the hardware for these double tilt sash windows on my second floor. The windows will not stay open so I believe a new balance & pivot lock is needed? Thanks so much in advance.

After watching your video, I removed the sash. There is no cutout to slide the hardware out. Do I have to make one? thanks Patrick

Not sure but these windows may be Viwinco, not sure. Need the sash bits and the bits that pop into the track and get screwed in.

The window I need to repair is manufactured in 2014 by Alside. The serial number on the window is 254-061257. I need the Balance Shoe and 2 1/4" Pivot Bar.

Please help identify this balance shoe. Spring is fine.

This appears to be in 3 pc, the COIL only shows a 5 and what looks like a worn off B or 1/2...the PLASTIC PART, I am not sure about and the SHOE, it is 1-7/16 long x 1-1/4 wide x 1/2 thick - any help is appreciated

The coil springs broke on both sides of the window, so I need two coil springs. The rest of the assembly appears to be in adequate condition. The window was about three feet wide by maybe 2-3 feet tall.

I couldn't find any names, numbers or other window ID. Double hung window. The plastic cover for the coil is broken and is preventing full bottom half of window opening. I need a new plastic part
