15-145 Coil Support Barrel

They seem to have a coil of flat metal that unrolls with the window movement. I can't find a manufacturer name, or model number anywhere.

I have champion windows, lower sash dimension is 30 inch wide X 28 inch high. It appears to be a single coil spring unit.

Window doesn't stay up coil on the left and Right are broken.

locks, balancers, and shoes.

I am looking for a pivot shoe for a double coil balance. The shoe is stamped with Pat. No. 5.704.165 (Coils are stamped 5 and 6) At its widest I'd would say it would be 1 1/4" I'd say 9/16" thick and 1 3/8" high

Hello! When inspecting my windows (Alside Ultramaxx from early 2007) I noticed a couple of broken pivot shoes as well as a broken pivot bar. I tried fixing with new part but sash still just falls down heavily, not staying up.

Hello, My broken 1/2 inch coil has the letter B stamped on it. What coil balance series and weight do I need?

I don't know what this is called. The plastic part with two spring tensioners has to screw into that part. The metal piece is broken and will not work. What are these parts named and do you sell them?

Dear Swisco, I am looking to replace the parts pictured for 3 windows in the house. Could you help me find the parts and order them? I need 6 of each. Best, Stefano

15-177 is the closest part I could find but out of stock and it doesn't list dimensions. this window is 50-54 inches wide. the part measures 1/2 inch thick, 1 1/4 wide, 1 1/2 tall for just the pivot lock. There is a screw hole on each side for securing the spring.

Can you tell me from photo which replacement coil balance shoe I need? I have not been able to take it out yet. Is there a video on how to do so? They are Polaris brand windows.Thanks again for your help!Ken

I need to replace the single spring coil shown in the attached images. Can you please tell me what I need to order? The spring is .5" wide.

The cam lock broke on the show of one of my windows. I could replace either the shoe or the entire balance. Given that the windows are 20 years old, probably makes sense to swap both balances if you have a part that works.

So let's keep this simple this is a home Depot 72 inch tall window single home when I took the balancer apart there three springs but the middle coil was just sitting there I don't know why on both sides one of the shoes is broken I need to replace that maybe if you can back to me and walk me throug ...
