The brand window is a Summit series 8880 The metal piece is 26 11/16 inches long. The width is either 1/2 inch or 9/16 inches. It is kind of in between the 2 measurements. The problem seems to be that a slim little piece of plastic that keeps the hook from rolling all the way, is broken off. The win ... (cont.)

Hooked end The length of the metal channel is 28 inches The width is 1/2 inch The number stamped on back of channel is2750 BSI

I am looking to replace the channel balances in my windows. I do not know the manufacturer of the windows, but I have taken pictures of the balances. The measurement of the balance portion Is 30 inches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The S770-29G looks like what I removed from one of 9 equal windows EXCEPT it has a hook as shown it attached pdf. Do you have the S770-29G with a hook ? Price for 18? Thanks, Stan

The tube is stamped 33 4 caldwell and the actual tube is 34" I think I need 15-005 shoe 19-002 top guide and 62-105 pointed hook I need 4 pieces - 2left 2right

I purchased a S770-34, and it is the proper channel balance, however the clip is not correct, as shown in the image. I don't have a spring hook otherwise I would disconnect the spring from the retaining pin, releasing tension and tie on the new hook at the end. What are my options at this point? ... (cont.)
