Need pivot shoe for Pennco window. It is 5/8" deep.

I am looking for the parts to repair the windows in my condominium. The counter balance spring has a part # 1620 f stamped on it. The spring is 17 inches long. I'm trying to find the proper balances I should be ordering to replace a few faulty pennco ones. It has the marking 33HD on the channel and I've included some of the measurements I was able to get as well if the shoe. Can you tell by the photos what balance and shoe I need? This balance is 23 inches from metal to metal. 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep. I've looked for them on your website, but can't seem to locate them. Do you carry this type of balance? Stamped on it are the numbers 2220.Thank you,John

I am in need of window channel balances in the series 770 instead of the terminal clip shown on a S770 channel balance, I will need part no. 62-105 heavy duty pointed hook attached in place of the terminal clip. I will need 4 total, 28" long, option 28D.

I replaced the pivot shoe on my Pennco Tilt window (your video for that was perfect by the way). When reassembling, the string holding the hook from the balance spring broke. I could not fix that. I have 29 inch channel balances but the closest thing I can find on your website has plastic fittings on both ends. None of mine have plastic fittings. The hook at the end on the string attaches to the tilt mechanism.

Do you have these items if so I would need 12 of them including the swivel piece. I have 6 windows, each one needs two track bars and two swivel pieces. I have added photos because I have no idea what they are called. The bars are 28 inches long

I need to replace the channel balance on my window but don't know the weight
