Looking for these specific balancers. The windows are aluminum framed from 1984 with the balancers attaching front the top and stopping at the midway point of the frame. They are held to the pivot feet with strings.

I need to identify and order replacement Pivot lock Shoes for my tilt-out window. I attached photos of the existing Pivot Lock Shoe. There are no markings I can see on the piece.
