Please identify the correct replacement channel balance for my Pennco window. Only the bottom window moves up and down and tilts out for cleaning and removal. The top window is stationary. The balances are marked with 2340 and 2840. They have no nylon tops or bottoms. these are tilt windows. I also need the pivot bars and guide shoes/blocks.

The length of the balance is 32 inches, I need an order for 250 windows and I'm located in New York. The weight of the window I don't know yet.

When I opened my window, the window balance came apart. The window balance on the other side remains intact, but I didn't remove. The length of the balance is 30 inches and width is 1/2 inch. The balance is labeled "29HD-45"

I need to replace the window balances in 4 windows and they all have the same balances put in them. All of them have issues with the strings snapping for some reason. The stamp reads 2140BS1B.

Needing 2 (left and right) balancers, and 2 (left and right) sash pivots. Removed what I thought was the sash pivot screw and cannot remove the pivot. The pivot shoe seems wider than the channel? Appreciate any help in advance!! Mike

Hi, I have a broken window balance on the top sash of a double hung window. Sash weight is 21 lbs. I was surprised to find out that the left balance is a 19-D-40 and the right balance is a 19-E-50. trying to replace interior mechanisms for easy sliding . window won't stay open. Involves a track (29") x 1/2", and a block and pully that attaches to a spring. Can you help?
