Attaching 15-040 to S 500 balance
Part # 15-040 is not fitting into part # S500-16. Is there an error or do we need a new part? We have called and the gentlemen said these were correct and that he would have to talk with someone regarding this. Please let us know so that we can install the hardware.

Identifying old spiral balances
These is the length is pictured. The width is between 3/8 and 5/8 but 5/8 should fit just fine. Also need brackets for bottom of window as well as adjustment tool. Please advise what length as I should get here as its between 26 and 27"?

Marvin Double Hung non-tilt balance tubes
As per the attached photos, the coils spring balance tubes have failed on one set of windows. I need two tubes to fit a 73-74" window. One photo shows the bottom spring clip from an adjacent window.
