3/8 balance 30" long red tip. Can't tell how balance is attached to bottom of sash, Can't find any clips on either side. Attached are a set of picts showing spring compression blances for our windows. We have no idea who the manufacturer was ans need to replace the blances for all 10 of these windows. All the plastic parts in these spring-operated frames have deteriorated. I really hope you sell repayment parts.I have not been able to find any identifying numbers. Have not removed the frames but, if you think that might help find identifying info I can.Thank you Karl
