75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

1)I was wondering if the two spiral charging tools can be used for all types of windows and spiral counterbalances? 2)What is the difference between the 75-006 and 75-033 spiral balance charging tool?

Looking for a pivot shoe 2" long and one and a quarter wide and 916th thick also 3 swirl balances that are red in color 27" long 9 sixteenths in diameter

Its a Spiral Balance not sure what series...I ordered the 24 inch 900 series balances from you guys but it doesn't seem to be a heavy enough balance to keep the windows open...Not sure what size these ones are.

Hi I went to open my window to clean it. I raised it up and when I dropped it down,it somehow came out of what I think is a pivot lock. I can't seem to snap it back in no matter how hard I have tried. Do I need to replace the whole lock and if so do you have it??

The window is double hung with a sash that weighs 20 pounds and is 30 inches tall (26 inches glass). The color on the tip of the balancer is blue. I purchase pivot shoe but it does not fit the end of the window lock thing dont know what its called can you direct me to the correct part to switch the end of the window little latch/bar to switch them out. Spiral Balance is round with white cover and is 28" long, 3/8" wide and has red tip Pivot shoe is 2" long, 1' wide and 1/2" deep. Will replace mechanism on both sides, just need something that works. Stationary top sash ans pivoting bottom sash.

The spring part of the spiral balance looks just under 1/2 inch they are blue tips and the length above the blue tip 4- 29"and 6- 27.5 inches. I will also need the plastic sleeves that cover them. I will also need the charging tool. Thanks
