Hi, My current spiral balance has no color. It's 29" long. 9/16" diameter. The window sash weights 22 lbs. Please advise the correct spiral balance color for my window. Thanks

I NEED 12 OF THESE WITH THE BALANCE ROD12 SPIRAL RED TIP 5/8 BALANCE

This part is broke it attaches to window an the rod an allows window to stay up.

Its a Spiral Balance not sure what series...I ordered the 24 inch 900 series balances from you guys but it doesn't seem to be a heavy enough balance to keep the windows open...Not sure what size these ones are.

Hi I went to open my window to clean it. I raised it up and when I dropped it down,it somehow came out of what I think is a pivot lock. I can't seem to snap it back in no matter how hard I have tried. Do I need to replace the whole lock and if so do you have it??

The window is double hung with a sash that weighs 20 pounds and is 30 inches tall (26 inches glass). The color on the tip of the balancer is blue.
