75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

these are 3/8 pivot shoes. They are 2"x 1". The window is 20 years old and i didn't see anything on the website that matched. Will anything else work?

looking for replacement shoes and Latched. The black latch is what i have ,,,,it does not work good at all, the white one I took off a window it works. Hello,The window won't stay up. I think I need to replace the fuzzy stuff that lines the window vertically. Also, any suggestions on the large gap would be appreciated.Thank you.Ivette

The home was built in 1998 or 99. Original windows and parts. Some windows are not able to stay open any longer without wooden props supporting them. I have Kinro windows. I need spiral balance replacements. My sash is 28x29 and around 15 pounds I believe. the metal is 3/8 round and 29" long and with the spring collapsed it is 30 1/4 long. Do you have replacement for these windows and a tension tool for it.
