Has spiral balances. I would also need the adjustment tool and possibly some spiral balances

I have MW vinyl windows in my house built in 1999. One window the balance broke on both sides (not the one pictured) and the window stays up only because it's locked. It is 29 inches long with a white plastic covering. This came off a bedroom window and needs replacement. I also will need the adjustment tool. The diameter of the spiral balance is 3/8 inches

Its is 5/8 thick and 1 inch 3/8 wide

The window says Cavco on the locks.Both shoes are broken.Are you able to tell which shoes I need from the attached photo?Best regards,Jonathan

The rods look like they have a red tip...I weighed the window and it?s 16 pounds, so red tip makes sense...see pic three below.The shoes look good. - not too worn - picture two below - slides up and down easily...looks like when you pull the spiral down you need to attach it on the left or right of ... Hi there. The spiral balancers I'd like to replace have no color, but I know are 29" and 3/8" dia. Would you be able to determine the weight/color needed by the size of the bottom sash? It measures roughly 44"x29" and is double pane. Thank you for any advice

I recently purchased 2 29" 600 series spiral balances. The old ones measured out at 5/8". They were the Alcoa balances with the white plastic coating. The new series 600 balances were very difficult to get into the slot on the side jambs. I was able to get them in with a little more force than antic ... (cont.)
